COD. 20BR030 Love your shoes and have many pairs normally bought from Pavers with no problems ever. Had a voucher for a present and the code would not work and after 21 emails the shoes finally arrived but the difference between the voucher amount and the final price was paid by my friend which I didn`t want but it was the only way to sort it.Not acceptable at all so bad customer service. I bought some sandals above the voucher price and then the postage on top was far more than just a quick gift vouvher and I wanted to pay for the difference myself but could not do that - 21 emails to get it sorted!!
